Always avoid exposing your jewelry to any chemicals, bleach, chlorine, saltwater, ammonia, alcohol and household cleaners, as these can damage it.
Cleaning your jewelry with jewelry cleaners or soaking it is not recommended. This can damage materials used to create your jewelry, such as gemstones that may be porous, sterling silver, jewelry wire, and more.
To clean your jewelry, gently wipe it with a damp, soft cloth.
Polish your silver back to its original luster by gently rubbing it with a special silver polishing cloth. To help keep your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing, store it in an air-tight zip lock plastic bag. Read more about sterling silver on our Glossary page.
