If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (does not include shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.  The jewelry must be in its original condition and must not have been worn.  It must also be returned in its original shipping box and packaging.  Please Contact Us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning your purchase to us.
