The Agate pendant featured in this necklace contains natural patterns, and some translucency when held up to the light.  The pendant has been dyed to enhance these patterns, and to create a striking blue color.

Agate is considered to be a grounding and protective gemstone.  It is believed to have a calming effect, especially during times of stress.

The eye-catching beads featured in this necklace are a blue opal color swirled with a metallic golden brown.  Marbled quartz is formed from the combinations of dyed quartz and natural bronzite gemstones.  These materials are combined using significant pressure and heat.  Once formed, the stone is stable and colorfast.
